Pecorino cheeses are hard Italian cheeses made from sheep's milk. The name "pecorino" derives from pecora, which means sheep in Italian.

A great Italian hard cheese alternative to Parmesan.

Perfect grated on pasta, sauces, pizza, grated in soups or on salad, chunked and served with balsamic vinegar and a glass of Prosecco.
