Barbera Olive Oil

Barbera, established in 1894 by Lorenzo Barbera, is a renowned olive oil production company with a rich history. The company combines tradition, history, and innovation to produce some of the finest extra virgin olive oils in the world.

Barbera's unique approach includes an experimental oil press system, enabling continuous experimentation to achieve high-quality oil. Olives are meticulously cultivated across Sicily and monitored throughout the production process, adhering to strict organic and PDO guidelines.

Today, under the leadership of Manfredi, the fifth generation of the Barbera family, the company continues to thrive. The Lorenzo line, dedicated to three family generations, represents the pinnacle of Barbera's production, balancing tradition with innovation.
