San Vincenzo Spicy Pancetta Tesa Piccante, aviailable in a range of conveniently sized portions.

Pancetta is a cut of meat from above the ribs. A concentration of aromas and spicy flavours from selected meats flavored according to the ancient Calabrian tradition. 

Whole product of rectangular shape which is put in brine for a few days. When cut, it has a typical vein of lean and fat. It is aged for about 30 days.

Gluten-free and without milk derivatives.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, dextrose, sucrose, Calabrian hot pepper (0.4%), smoke flavouring, black pepper, antioxidant: E300; Preservatives: E252, E250.
