Wessex Mill Mixed Grain Bread Flour is a malted bread flour with rye flakes and poppy seeds.
A lovely mixed grain flour with malted wheat flakes, rye flakes and a bit of poppy seed, wheat bran and barley malt flour. Makes a delicious malted loaf with a good aroma, texture and crunch. It is made with carefully selected grain from local farms. It works well in bread machines or as a hand bake.

Judges comment "The flour made a perfect loaf of bread: well risen, well-shaped and with a good crumb and crust. The mix of grains was well chosen: there was good variety and in good proportion. The bread provided a pleasant mouthfeel and a good finish. It had a gentle, inviting aroma and made for very good eating indeed.."
