Greci Classic Polpachef is the historic Greci 100% Italian tomato pulp, the flagship of the entire production. It is produced in the heart of summer from well-ripened fruits of selected varieties and grown on strictly controlled soils and methods.
Very versatile and made in different formats. The particular processing technique limits the presence of seeds and skins and maintains a structure with small pieces.
The structure and the sweet and fresh flavor together with the high yield make the product ideal for every application: pizzas, bruschetta, condiments and sauces.
