The vegetables of Casa Marrazzo are grown in fields located in Pagani (near the company), Apulia, Sicily, Calabria, and Tuscany. Although the company does not own some fields, they are managed through supply chain agreements and, in any case, directly overseen by Casa Marrazzo's agronomists.
Escarole can be enjoyed as a ready-to-eat side dish or used as a base for preparing savoury pies, fritters, or tarts.

Ingredients: Escarole 70%, sunflower seed oil 27.5%, salt 0.8%, black olives 0.3%, capers 0.3%, garlic 0.3%, chili 0.3%, acidity regulator: citric acid 0.5%
Storage: We recommend storing the product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and direct exposure to sunlight. Before consuming it, we recommend checking the integrity of the capsule, with the appropriate safety system. Once opened, store in the refrigerator at +4°C and consume within a maximum of 3 days.
