High-extensible dough is made possible by the continental wheats that have been chosen for this flour. These wheats are milled to an ash content which is lower than most other white flours, resulting in gorgeous creamy coloured flour.
Use this No.3 Bakers Flour for any bread recipe, including farmhouse loaves and bloomers and long fermentation breads such as sourdough. A great pantry staple, which a wide range of uses.
