Always a symbol of Italian tradition, Panettone cannot be missing from Christmas tables. Ours is made from sourdough that has been refreshed daily for over 80 years. Its soft dough, without candied fruit or raisins, is enriched with a “Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP” cream and is covered on the surface with dark chocolate and “Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP” grains.

Muzzi panettones are made with fresh eggs, delivered daily, along with carefully selected butter, milk and sugar. The panettones are made using a mother yeast that is carefully tended, and follow a traditional recipe that has been perfected over many years. The process involves waiting for over 30 hours for the Panettone to rise.
