Italian courgettes processed fresh, sliced, grilled and preserved in sunflower oil.
Its taste is very delicate, while the flavour of fresh courgette remains clearly recognisable, with a pleasant smoky note due to the grilling.
Excellent for making finger food for aperitifs, to enrich starters and bruschettas, or as a side dish for meat dishes. Also excellent for filling pizzas, sandwiches and focaccias

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat. After opening, transfer the product to a non-metallic container, store in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
