San Vincenzo Guanciale Piccante, spicy cheeks of pork with a characteristically rich flavour owed to the Calabrian chilli pepper and the natural seasoning from the Sila Altiplan region.
Available in a range of conveniently sized portions containing alternating strips of lean meat and fat. Compared to bacon, it has a smoother texture and lots of flavour in each strip.
Perfect served with broad beans and in a variety of main courses, also the authentic meat used in Spaghetti Carbonara (often substituted with Pancetta).
